Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with tags. If shipping the returns you are responsible for shipping costs. I offer a prepaid label but will deduct $8 from the store credit. If doing in person return, I can meet upon request up to 30 miles from Huntsville. Please email olivevinemerc@gmail.com

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange or store credit within 5–7 business days.

Store Credit

Store credit does not expire. You will be emailed a code to enter at checkout.
